David’s Restaurant overlooking the lake is at the heart of everything. Featuring a wonderful restaurant on the main level and Nonni's Fresca Cucina on the lower level.

The lakeside infinity deck and swim dock is available with preferred access to owners. It is located on the grounds of David’s Restaurant, just below the gated area. It is a beautiful spot to watch the sun go down with a martini in hand. This area is now licensed down to the lake.

The Links at Dover Coast offers a stunning championship links style golf course and four world-class Pickleball Courts. The back nine holes are operational, with others being groomed for future play. This is a semi private golf course, with special access and terms being available to Dover Coast residents.

We are a responsible pet friendly community. Our residents have access to a wonderful fenced-in "leash free" dog run. It is for the exclusive use of our residents and offers Muskoka chairs for you to rest in with your new neighbours, while your pets play.

The latest announcement was the unveiling of the plans for a 36,000 sq. ft. Resident Community Centre. It will contain a 25M indoor swimming pool with doors that can be opened on a hot summer day to an amazing patio overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course. The hot tub will be easily accessible with its handicap access. A wonderful theatre will offer movies without having to leave the property. Billiards, card rooms, gym and both indoor and outdoor pickle ball will keep everyone active at any time of year.
