Perth Meadows is a financially self-supporting adult living facility operated by the Municipality of North Perth. The Perth Meadows Adult Lifestyle Campus is comprised of a 36 unit apartment suite facility with one and two bedroom units, and 18 two bedroom townhomes.
Perth Meadows in an independent living facility in close walking and driving distance to many community amenities, including groceries, pharmacy, and recreation facilities.
The apartment facility has a secure entrance and outdoor parking lot. Each suite has one or two bedrooms, kitchen with appliances included, bathroom, living space, and laundry (stacked washer and dryer included). Each suite has individual heat/air conditioning and most units include a covered outdoor balcony.
Each townhome has a single car garage. There is a common area for suites and townhome residents to use.
